About the Event

Federally endangered Santa Clara Valley Dudleya, Desert dandelion, Bird's-eyes Gilia, blue dicks, golden yarrow, owl's clover and so much more!

Take a special Springtime tour with Saved By Nature and the Land Trust of Santa Clara Valley to experience a beautiful wildflower bloom and lunch on the hilltop!

The unique serpentine soil found on this magnificent ecological preserve has evolved with our native California wildflowers and can produce impressive displays of color. Join us for a rare opportunity to visit!

This Preserve is dedicated to the protection of the Bay checkerspot butterfly, the California Red-legged frog, and other threatened and endangered species. It is located on the southern edge of San Jose.

This location has not been opened for public access so we will not be disclosing the location. Registered participants will be emailed the meet up location.
